FINAL™ Neural Architecture Laboratories is an unregistered and loosely coordinated group of independent scientists.

Independent scientist in this context means that each of us provides their own funds (to a very small extent, some of these funds might be earmarked for FINAL Labs™ itself) and that no third parties have a say in the direction of the research.
